• Awarded to an individual, or group who provided exemplary service to the College. *Up to three winners*
• Award winning quality examples:
  • Excellent service which met a special need of a student, visitor, colleague or faculty member evidenced by feedback from the community, being bold, being kind, and being a good teammate.
  • Sincere cooperation, positive attitude and exceptional willingness to assist others.
  • A commitment to the spirit of belonging.
  • Demonstrates Empathy and humility as a colleague, a mentor and/or educator.

• The Forward Thinker Award recognizes a visionary employee or team that looks beyond the present鈥攅nvisioning not just what is, but what could be. This individual or team embraces purposeful change by proposing creative solutions and driving continuous improvement across the College. Whether through process innovation or strategic insight, their work helps Ramapo remain proactive, agile, and mission-focused in a rapidly evolving world. This award celebrates foresight, initiative, and a commitment to building a better future鈥攆or their team, for the College, and for our students. The winner will have successfully delivered an innovative project or solution.*Up to three winners*
