• All full-time undergraduate students enrolled in twelve (12) or more credits
• All full-time graduate students enrolled in nine (9) or more credits

How does a student request an insurance card?

• Once enrolled, students may get their insurance card by visiting the Aetna website聽. Click on the 鈥淥nline Insurance ID Card鈥� button located toward the right side of the page.聽 Enter your student ID, date of birth, and select 鈥淪ubmit鈥�. Typically, cards are not available for the Fall semester until on or around August 1st.
