Student Organization Awards
Overview:
The聽Student Organization聽Awards聽recognize outstanding聽organizations聽through categories including the following: educational events, social engagement, civic engagement, school spirit, cultural awareness, social justice, and equity and diversity.

The聽organizations聽that win these聽awards聽are recognized at the combination聽Student聽Government Association Inauguration/Club Awards Dinner. We聽encourage all clubs and organizations to apply for the聽Student聽Organization聽Awards! It is a great way to showcase the hard work your club or聽organization聽has done during the year.

The Awards:
Outstanding New Organization of the Year
This award is given to the CSI-registered organization that displays outstanding effort in all areas, in relation to its purpose, based on the following criteria:
- Leadership of the Organization in reaching its first-year goals.
- Contributions to the College and/or outside community in the areas of; educational聽events, social engagement, civic engagement, school spirit, cultural awareness, social justice, and equity and diversity.
- Recruitment and development of its members.
- Communication with related departments and other student organizations
Organization of the Year
**Additional recognition or awards may be given to outstanding organizations so please be thorough
This award is given to the CSI-registered student organizations that displays outstanding effort in all areas, in relation to its purpose, based on the following criteria:

Adviser of the Year Award
This award honors an adviser who has exhibited outstanding dedication and service to his/her organization and to the Ramapo Community
