The Ramapo Leadership Institute is held annually in August to provide a聽transformative leadership experience聽for students involved in clubs and organizations on campus.聽The Institute focuses on聽developing lifelong leadership skills, leading with integrity, and providing a foundation of knowledge to help your organization be successful for the upcoming year. The Institute聽brings together students from a variety of roles on campus to learn from each other and discover new ways to聽more effectively lead聽their organizations.聽Leaders will also engage incoming students through service and outreach opportunities.

The Ramapo Leadership Institute is open to any student who is actively involved with a recognized club, organization, fraternity, or sorority.聽Applicants do not need to聽hold a formal leadership role, but they must be committed to strengthening聽their club or organization as well as聽their own personal leadership development.聽All organizations are strongly encouraged to have at least one聽representative attend.

• Housing: Participants聽who live on campus will have the opportunity to check in early to your fall 聽room assignment.
• Cost:聽Free! The Institute is fully funded by the Center for Student Involvement. This includes all meals during the institute.
