The Ramapo Undergraduate Noyce STEM Scholars program, RUN2STEM, is a project that aims to serve the national need of preparing well-qualified and experienced STEM secondary teachers who are committed to teaching in high-need school districts and prepared for the future of education.

RUN2STEM Scholars at BCC
- Earn $1000 stipend while enrolled in EDU 101
- Explore teaching as a profession
- Be part of a K-12 STEM classroom
- Have opportunities to do clinical field work at partner districts
- Shadow a math or science teacher
- Will be able to apply for Full Tuition Scholarship through the RUN2STEM Scholars program at 69É«ÇéÊÓÆµ

STEM Scholars at Bergen Community College that transfer to 69É«ÇéÊÓÆµ and join the K-12 Content Teacher Education Certification Program should apply to the RUN2STEM Scholars program.
Benefits of the RUN2STEM Scholars program at 69É«ÇéÊÓÆµ:
- Full Tuition (up to 3 years for undergraduate students).
- Textbook stipend for two years ($1600 per year)*
- Reimburse Praxis I and II test fees ($150 each)*
- Joining a community of practice.
- Faculty mentoring from STEM faculty.
- In-service teacher mentoring as an undergraduate.
- Continued in-service teacher mentoring in the first years of teaching.
- Academic and Professional support.
- Workshops on AI in STEM education.
- Assistance with job placement.
- Salary supplements for first year of teaching ($10,000).
*Additional benefits available only to students that transfer from BCC to 69É«ÇéÊÓÆµ.
The Noyce program has a teacher service commitment of all RUN2STEM Scholars to teach for two years for each year of funding (2-6 years) in a high needs district.
