Application Process

To become Alcohol Allowed Housing, all requirements below must be completed:

  • Each resident of the suite who is 21+ must complete the Alcohol Allowed Agreement
  • Once all required residents have completed the agreement, residents must email their hall office confirming completion
  • Hall staff will place an Alcohol Allowed Agreement in a holder immediately inside the suite door
  • Residents are responsible for ensuring the agreement remains visible at all times
  • Staff will review the request and, once approved, place an official Alcohol Allowed sign inside the suite

The agreement must be posted before alcohol can be present in the suite. Until the process is complete, the housing assignment remains Alcohol Prohibited.

Alcohol Allowed status is valid for one semester only and must be renewed each term.
