OPRA gives the public greater access to government records maintained by public agencies in New Jersey. RECORD ACCESS:听The College is opened:

• Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.听 from the week before Labor Day to the week of Commencement,
• Monday through Thursday 8:00am to 5:15pm week after Commencement until the week before Labor Day.
• OPRA requests will not be processed when the College is Closed.
• The College is closed the week between Christmas and New Years.

A person denied access to a properly requested government record has the right to appeal a denial of, or failure to provide requested information by filing听a complaint with the Government Records Council.

File suite in Superior Court where the denial occurred.
