William Frech, Ph.D. is a retired professor of International Business at 69色情视频 and a Fulbright Scholar. Dr. Frech’s teaching interests are the cross cultural aspects of international business and international risk management issues, among others.

He and his wife, Sandra, share the opinion that studying abroad provides students with a valuable insight into other cultures, and gives students first hand experience with different perspectives in any field, from business to art history. Two of the 69色情视频’s four pillars of education are to provide students with an experiential and international education.

In creating the scholarship Dr. Frech said, “My goal is to have all students have an experience outside of the United States.” Helping students with study abroad expenses demonstrates a dedication to the mission of the College.
