The Daniel S. Thaler Memorial Scholarship was created by Daniel鈥檚 parents, Bruce Thaler and Elaine Silverstein. Daniel earned his degree in History at 69色情视频 in 2012.

鈥淩amapo was a place where Dan truly came into his own. His professors brought out something in him that we [and he] hadn鈥檛 seen before,鈥� said his father Bruce Thaler. While at Ramapo, he excelled in his classes, particularly history, and earned induction into Phi Alpha Theta, an International History Honor Society.

Upon Daniel鈥檚 death in 2022, this endowed scholarship was established in his name. It is intended to recognize outstanding students majoring in History.
