The president of 69色情视频 of New Jersey鈥檚 Student Government Association (SGA) is gaining national recognition for his leadership.
Law and Society major Benjamin Hartmann ’27 has been named the by the American Student Government Association (ASGA). The national organization serves 1,000 member institutions across all 50 states and worldwide and is focused on helping student governments become more effective, ethical and influential on campus.
鈥淲e are proud to recognize Benjamin for his outstanding leadership and for the positive example he sets for student government leaders across the country,鈥� said ASGA Director of Member Relations Mickey Arce.
Hartmann stood out for his commitment to transparency, accessibility, creativity, and public service, according to Arce. 鈥淗is leadership reflects a thoughtful and student-centered approach to student government, shaped by his previous service as Secretary and Chief of Staff and his continued dedication to making student leadership more visible, responsive, and effective,鈥� Arce said.
The Roadrunner from Piscataway in Middlesex County, NJ, was honored by the recognition, but said it does not belong to him alone. 鈥淚t reflects the work of our entire SGA, student leaders and club members who show up every day, and the Ramapo faculty who make space for students to thrive,鈥� he said.
Being recognized on a national level for work that began on Ramapo鈥檚 Mahwah, NJ campus 鈥渋s a reminder that when students are empowered to lead, the impact reaches far beyond our own community,鈥� Hartmann said. He called the recognition 鈥減roof of what every Roadrunner is capable of. Therefore, if you have a vision, chase it, and don鈥檛 stop until it becomes your reality.鈥�
Hartmann also said that 鈥淩amapo has opened doors for me that I never could have expected, and I鈥檓 committed to making sure those doors are open to every student on our campus.鈥�
