HOW TO USE

1. Connect power to power DC jack.
2. Fill water sink with water not higher than water level line.
3. Add 4 to 5 drops of water-soluble essential oil. The amount of oil
added can be more or less according to the setting of the device.
4. Replace diffuser cover, install extension tube.
5. Replace ceramic case. Make sure cover silicon o-ring.
6. Press on/off button and select the setting.


POWER CONTROL MODE INSTRUCTIONS
1 | Continuous Mode. Red Light: Mist emits continuously.
Automatically turns off after 4 hours operation
2 | Continuous High Mode. Blue light: Mist emits continuously.
Automatically turns off after 2.5 hours of operation
3 | Intervals of 30 Seconds Mode. Green light: Mist emits at intervals
of 30 seconds. Automatically turns off after 6 hours operation
4 | 2 Hour Timer. Purple light: 2 hours mist emits continuously
5 | Power Off No light: mist off.

2. How long till my order my order is shipped?

After you have placed an order it will take 5-7 business days for your order to be shipped out. You will receive a confirmation email with all the details.

4. Does each Subscription box have instructions for the items in the box?

Yes! Each box Comes with a detailed description of each items as well as instructions on how to use certain ones.

 

5. How does the Gift Card work?

You place your order through our site. Once purchased, you can send it to a recipient of your choosing. (A valid email address is REQUIRED)
E-Gift Cards can be purchased in increments ranging from $25 to $200.
Once purchased, An e-mail will be sent within 24 hours to the recipient, notifying them that a E11EVATE E-Gift Card has been purchased for their use.

 

6. How do I use the promo code?

If you have a promotional coupon code that can be redeemed from E11EVATEShop, please enter the offer code in the box in the shopping cart area upon checkout. The promotion will be reflected in the subsequent pages.

Returns & Exchanges

 

You may return any item for a refund up to 14 days after delivery. Please note, we do not refund shipping and handling charges, only the actual price of the item(s) you are returning.

While we want every single customer to be 100% satisfied with their order, we cannot offer returns or exchanges on certain items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
