Sexual Harassment Complaint Procedure:<\/h3>\n

Students, faculty, and staff, and third parties can make a report of sexual harassment to Kat McGee, Director of Title IX\u00a0and Institutional Compliance by emailing kmcgee@ramapo.edu, or calling (201) 684-7220.<\/p>\n

The Complaint should include the following information (if known):<\/p>\n

  1. Complainant\u2019s name and address<\/li>\n
  2. Accused name and address (if available)<\/li>\n
  3. Counsel\u2019s name and address (if applicable)<\/li>\n
  4. The nature of the Policy violation<\/li>\n
  5. Preliminary facts alleged; dates and times of specific incidents<\/li>\n
  6. Names, addresses and phone number(s) of witnesses<\/li>\n
  7. The date of the Complaint<\/li>\n
  8. Remedy sought<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    All complaints and investigations shall be handled, to the extent possible, in a manner that will protect the privacy interests of those involved.<\/p>\n
