AIDS\/HIV<\/strong><\/p>\n

The College adheres to State and Federal laws (including the confidentiality of medical information) regarding the consistent treatment of persons with Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) or HIV.\u00a0 The Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act (ADAAA) and the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination prohibits discrimination in employment, housing and public accommodation against any person with a physical or mental impairment which substantially impairs one or more major life activities, has a record of such impairment, or is regarded as having such impairment.\u00a0 Discrimination against a person who has AIDS, or who is perceived to have, or be at risk of having AIDS, is a violation of both State and Federal discrimination laws.<\/p>\n

Any employee or student who believes they have been a victim of AIDS discrimination may file a complaint pursuant with the Non-Discrimination Policy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
