This recommended graduation plan is designed to provide a blueprint for students to complete their degrees on time. These plans are the recommended sequences of courses. Students must meet with their Academic Advisor to develop a more individualized plan to complete their degree. Three writing intensive courses are required in the major and\/or school core (examples are marked by WI designation in the plan below). Consult with your advisor for specific details.<\/p>\n
NOTE:<\/b> This recommended Graduation Plan is applicable to students admitted into the major during the 2025-2026 academic year.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n PDF<\/a> CRWT 101 to CRWT 102<\/p>\n CRWT 101S to CRWT 102S<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n MATH 021\/022 to MATH 104-121<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n NOTE<\/b>: CRWT and MATH courses are determined by placement testing<\/a> and should be taken following the sequence above.<\/span><\/p>\n Total Credits Required: <\/b>128 credits<\/p>\n GPA: <\/strong>2.0<\/p>\n<\/a>\n General Education courses<\/b> can be done in any order with the exception of INTD 101, CRWT and MATH. Those three general education courses will need to be done first. First Year Seminar is taken in the first semester. Failure to complete CRWT and MATH will result in a hold when the student hits 64 credits. The following general education courses can be done in any order. If a student scores 74 or below on this test, they will be required to take MUSI 120 \u2013 Music Fundamentals in their first term and proceed with the Musicianship sequence thereafter.<\/p>\n ** <\/b>One of the Music and Culture courses (200 or 300 Level) must be on the \u201cInternational Focus\u201d list in the Music Studies Concentration.<\/p>\n *** This Concentration allows for eight electives, which means students can add a second concentration, a minor, or even a second major.
