We handle the editing, design, and production that keeps the College looking sharp for audiences on and off campus. We\u2019re here to make sure every piece that leaves or stays on campus is high-quality and on-brand.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #8c0000\">Creative Brief\/Projects and Printing<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Need something designed, reviewed, or printed? Start with the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ramapo.edu\/project-request\/\">Creative Brief (Design\/Print Requests)<\/a> form and send us the details. The more info you give us, the smoother the process. Once we get the form, we&#8217;ll see you over in Basecamp, our project management system! Pricing below for copier and cardstock paper is an estimate per copy which includes click charges, pricing may vary dependent on the job requirements. If your job includes trimming, folding, staples etc. an additional fee will be applied.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Large Scale Poster (Matte Paper)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>24&#8243;x36\u2033 = $15 per copy<\/p>\n<p><strong>Copier Paper<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>8.5&#8243;x11&#8243; (letter) = $.52 per copy<\/p>\n<p>8.5&#8243;x14&#8243; (legal) = $.62 per copy<\/p>\n<p>11&#8243;x17&#8243; (tabloid) = $.78 per copy<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>Cardstock paper:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">8.5&#8243;x11&#8243; (letter) = $.73 per copy<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">11&#8243;x17&#8243; (tabloid) = $.88 per copy<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #8c0000\">On-Campus Quantity Recommendations \/ Posting<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>The cores are the main posting boards and can each have one poster at 24\u2033x36\u2033 for a total of 6. We can also post 1 to the board near CSI\/The Bookstore. So a total of 7 at 24\u2033x36\u2033.<\/p>\n<p>Additional cork boards around campus can accommodate 8.5\u2033x11\u2033 and 11\u2033x17\u2033 \u2013 you can have a combined total of 26. Posting areas include Academic Buildings, Berrie Center, &amp; Library (20) and Residence Halls (6).<\/p>\n<p>Roadrunner Design manages the posting and removal around campus, so no need for you to do that. Just let us know if you have any specific places in mind for posting.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #8c0000\">Roadrunner Design<\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Are you a student in a club or an organization and need something designed, reviewed and\/or printed? Please visit the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ramapo.edu\/marketing-communications\/roadrunner-design\/\">Roadrunner Design<\/a> page to learn more.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #8c0000\">Stationery \/ Name Badges \/ Business Cards<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Are you looking to order stationary, name badges or business cards?<\/p>\n<p>For stationery and name badges, please fill out the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ramapo.edu\/project-request\/\">creative brief form.<\/a> Marketing will work with our College approved vendors to ensure brand standards are met and quality products are delivered.<\/p>\n<p>For business cards, please fill out the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ramapo.edu\/poerd\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/62\/2026\/01\/Business-Card-Printing-Authorization-Form-2026.pdf\">Business Card Request<\/a> (PDF) form, along with obtaining the appropriate signatures. People Operations and Employee Relations will review the form, approve, and pass it to the Marketing team, who will initiate the design portion of the process.
