All existing policies, state regulations, and standards still apply, such as Ramapo&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ramapo.edu\/policies\/policy\/data-protection-pii\/\">Data Protection Policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h4>Disclaimer<\/h4>\n<p>AI tools may not always be accurate and do not necessarily reflect official positions. Some tools can also contain biases. Microsoft&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/copilot.microsoft.com\/\"><strong data-start=\"130\" data-end=\"141\">Copilot<\/strong><\/a> is also available, and <strong data-start=\"233\" data-end=\"261\" data-is-only-node=\"\"><a href=\"https:\/\/openai.com\/\">OpenAI<\/a> individual free accounts<\/strong> are permitted; however, the College is not providing additional paid accounts for either at this time.<\/p>\n<p>While these AI tools are available for use, they <strong>do not<\/strong> supersede or alter any instructor\u2019s established course requirements, guidelines, or directives.
