Alison Banks-Moore is Vice President and Chief Diversity Officer for Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey (Horizon BCBSNJ). With more than 40 years of experience as a Human Resources professional, Ms. Banks-Moore has held various positions at major corporations, including AT&T, KPMG, Cablevision and 32BJ Benefit Funds.<\/p>\n
