How to work with students after COVID. Looking for a volunteer from the faculty.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">There is no prescribed process for reappointment of lecturers. POER is currently working on developing such. This will have to be negotiated with AFT. There are currently 5 lecturers at the college currently, one is retiring and two additional are being hired for next fall.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">College is looking into micro-credentialing programs. Podium Global Tech Experience &#8211; internship company &#8211; INTD &#8211; 290 &#8211; interdisciplinary studies, 10 week program for 6 credits focusing in one of three fields: digital marketing, coding, and data analysis.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Academic Advisement Council has developed a Canvas module for faculty advisement of undergraduate students and would like to share it at a future FA meeting.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>FAEC Discussion<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Discussion of proposed bylaw provisions and areas for future improvement.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Visitor:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Mike Cunningham, Facilities<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Discussion of Morale Survey\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Discussion of lack of resources.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Some student aides have been assigned to do ongoing classroom assessment to bring classroom problems to facilities attention.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Extension for facilities repairs, particularly for emergencies: x7660<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Website for facilities repairs:\u00a0 <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ramapo.edu\/facilities\/service-request\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">https:\/\/www.ramapo.edu\/facilities\/service-request\/<\/span><\/a>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><a href=\"http:\/\/repairs.ramapo.edu\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">http:\/\/repairs.ramapo.edu\/<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The person who puts in the fix-it ticket gets updates about it being addressed.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Faculty: please never clean a whiteboard with sanitary wipes. It makes it very difficult to clean off future marker ink.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Rather than moving classroom furniture, please contact events. They can potentially either rearrange the furniture for you or assign a different classroom for that day.
