Bevilacqua\" width=\"131\" height=\"160\" \/>Louis M. Bevilacqua<\/h5>\n<p>Louis M. Bevilacqua is Vice President of Business Finance at Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc. He joined the company in 1979 as a meter reader in Westchester County, NY. Within a year, he was promoted to analyst in the Revenue Forecasting department. This was the beginning of a 36-year career in which Lou contributed to Con Edison his skills, knowledge and expertise in financial forecasting, planning and budgeting. He created financial forecasting systems used to develop the strategic plans for the company and was instrumental in merger and acquisition activities in the late 1990\u2019s. He also helped structure a Shared Services organization, which now brings efficiency and money-saving synergies to both Con Edison and Rockland Electric Company.<\/p>\n<p>Lou earned a bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting and an MBA in Management Information Systems, both from Iona College. While there, he played varsity ice hockey and competed in the ECAC \u2013 Division III.<\/p>\n<p>Lou, a resident of Bergen County since 1982, considers it fulfilling to give back to his community, especially in the area of education. He has served on the 69色情视频 Foundation Board of Governors for five years and in the last year has been the Chair of the Audit Committee. Through Con Edison, he also supports an afterschool program at Iona College that focuses on environmental education for elementary school students.<\/p>\n<p>Lou and his wife Theresa have been married for 34 years. Their family includes son Louis, daughter Michelle, daughter Marisa and her husband Paul. Lou kept up his passion for ice hockey through coaching and is an avid New Jersey Devils fan. He\u2019s also a wine enthusiast. Forlenza<\/h5>\n<p>Vince Forlenza serves as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company), a global medical technology company headquartered in Franklin Lakes, New Jersey.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Forlenza joined BD in 1980 and has held leadership positions in the United States and Europe. These include appointments as President of Becton Dickinson Microbiology Systems in 1996; Senior Vice President, Technology, Strategy and Development in 1998; President of BD Biosciences in 2003; and Executive Vice President in 2006, during which he was responsible for the BD Diagnostics segment.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Forlenza was named President in January 2009, assumed additional responsibility as Chief Operating Officer in July 2010, and became Chief Executive Officer in October 2011 and Chairman of the Board in July 2012.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Forlenza is active in various professional and community associations. He is a board member of AdvaMedDx, a division of the Advanced Medical Technology Association (AdvaMed) that focuses solely on in-vitro diagnostic technologies. He also serves on the AdvaMed Board and is the Committee Chair to the Technology and Regulation Committee. Mr. Forlenza currently serves on the Board of Trustees at The Valley Hospital. He is a member of the Advisory Board for the P.C. Rossin College of Engineering and Applied Sciences at Lehigh University and is a member of the Board of Trustees at Lehigh.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Forlenza obtained his bachelor\u2019s degree in chemical engineering from Lehigh University in 1975 and his MBA from Wharton Graduate School, University of Pennsylvania in 1980.<\/p>\n<div class=\"divider\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/themes\/rcnjrd\/images\/icons\/ramapo-arch-icom_rule.png\" alt=\"Ramapo\" \/><\/div>\n<a id=Colman><\/a>\n<h5><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-443 alignleft\" style=\"border: 1px solid black;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ramapo.edu\/dcg\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/73\/2013\/04\/Vincent-P.-Colman.jpg\" alt=\"Vincent P. Colman<\/h5>\n<p>Vincent \u201cVin\u201d Colman is Vice Chairman and the leader of PwC\u2019s Assurance Practice and has more than 30 years of experience of serving large multi-national companies in the areas of accounting, auditing, financial reporting, mergers and acquisitions, and risk management. He previously served as the Firm\u2019s U.S Assurance Managing Partner, leader of PwC\u2019s National Office, and Vice-Chairman for the East Region. Trustee Colman held various leadership positions within the Firm, including the role of the U.S Advisory Operations Leader overseeing business unit operations, human resources, learning and education, finance, marketing and communications. Trustee Colman has also served as a member of the Board of Governors of the 69色情视频 Foundation since 2009. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree, magna cum laude, in Accounting from St. John\u2019s University and is a Certified Public Accountant in Connecticut, New Jersey, and New York.
