Audit Registration for the Spring 2026 session is now closed.<\/h4>\n<p>Spring 2026 registration is now closed. Please check back later for more information for Summer 2026.<\/p>\n<p>We kindly ask that you submit your completed form in either format no later than Friday, January 23rd for Spring 2026. This will allow us time to process it and get it ready for your registration.\u00a0Please note that you are only able to take one course throughout the entirety of the semester.<\/p>\n<p><b>Please be advised that your bill may not instantly reflect your alumni tuition waiver.\u00a0 Please review it again a few days after receiving your confirmation email. Review Available Courses\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #2f2f2f\">As indicated above our courses may be delivered in various modes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>There are<strong>\u00a0available courses<\/strong> each semester for alumni of Ramapo to audit.\u00a0 Click the \u201cCourse Availability\u201d button below to get started and see what courses are available in real time. Please note that graduate-level courses, adult degree courses (course number ending in the -60&#8217;s) and courses with field work (such as nursing, social work, etc.) are not available for course audit. Follow the bullets below to navigate the system.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Select the upcoming semester term under \u201cSearch by Term\u201d and click \u201cSubmit\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Choose at least one subject area\u00a0of interest<\/li>\n<li>Click the \u201cClass Search\u201d button<\/li>\n<li>Click the course title you are interested in<\/li>\n<li>Check how many seats are remaining under \u201cRegistration Availability\u201d\n<ul>\n<li>There must be at\u00a0least ONE (1)\u00a0seat available to register for this course.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><a class=\"btn\" href=\"https:\/\/ssba.ramapo.edu:8443\/myssb\/bwckschd.p_disp_dyn_sched\">Course Availability<\/a><\/p>\n<p>You may also view the available courses in an Excel spreadsheet format. Identify several courses you may be interested in taking in case your first choice(s) is not available.<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>There is a course description for every class offered.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If you would like to know more about the class before registering, please contact the professor directly via email. They can tell you about content and how the class is run\u2014lecture, small groups, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Once you are registered for a class you may drop it but there is no opportunity to select another and no refunds. Please choose carefully.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"divider\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/themes\/rcnjrd\/images\/icons\/ramapo-arch-icom_rule.png\" alt=\"Ramapo\" \/><\/div>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #690f0f\">4. Registration<\/h4>\n<p>For remote registration, you will receive an email from the Office of the Registrar to confirm what class you\u2019ve been placed into. Please read your confirmation message when you receive it and follow the steps to activate your Ramapo email account (if you have not already done so in a prior semester). You will also receive access to your course on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ramapo.edu\/idc\/canvas\/\">Canvas<\/a> a few hours after registration.<\/p>\n<div class=\"divider\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/themes\/rcnjrd\/images\/icons\/ramapo-arch-icom_rule.png\" alt=\"Ramapo\" \/><\/div>\n<h4>7. Complete the Financial Responsibility Agreement<\/h4>\n<p>After registration occurs, sign the new Financial Responsibility Agreement on <a href=\"https:\/\/ssba.ramapo.edu:8443\/myssb\/twbkwbis.P_GenMenu?name=homepage&amp;accessibility=true\">Web Self Service<\/a>.\u00a0Click\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ramapo.edu\/alumni\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/195\/2023\/08\/Financial-Responsibility-Instructions-Final.pdf\">here<\/a> for pdf instructions on how to access the Agreement in Web Self Service. Email your Professor Before the Start of the Semester<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">It is highly recommended that you email the instructor of the course you plan to register for before the beginning of the semester and introduce yourself as an audit student.\u00a0 You may wish to remind them that registration for alumni is after the official start of the semester but that you plan to join the class as soon as possible.\u00a0 You may also ask the instructor to share their expectations for audit students that join their class.<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"divider\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/themes\/rcnjrd\/images\/icons\/ramapo-arch-icom_rule.png\" alt=\"Ramapo\" \/><\/div>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000\">9.\u00a0 Update your Emergency Contact Informat<span style=\"color: #800000\">ion<\/span><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><b>Please make sure your emergency contact information is up to date in Web Self Service. Instead, on the day of registration, you will be enrolled into a course based off of the choices you selected in the course audit form (Step #5). Please submit the form prior to the registration date in order to make the process run smoother.<\/p>\n<p><strong>My first choice course is close to being full. What should I do?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Unfortunately, there is the possibility that a course may close during the day of registration. Therefore, we suggest identifying several course options to list as back-up courses in case your first choice is filled.<\/p>\n<p><strong>I am an undergraduate alum who is currently taking courses at 69色情视频 for my Masters. Can I audit an undergraduate course?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>No, 69色情视频 undergraduate alumni who are currently enrolled in a graduate program at 69色情视频 may not audit undergraduate courses simultaneously with their graduate level coursework.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Do I need to take the midterm\/final?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>No, you don&#8217;t need to take the exams if you choose not to. Audited courses do not have a final grade, so your level of involvement in the course is up to you. Please keep your Professor updated so they are aware and can adjust as needed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Can the courses I audit satisfy educational credits or pre-requisites for my job\/graduate school?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Auditing a course does not provide a final grade, so please reach out to your employer\/institution for clarification if auditing would satisfy their requirements.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Do I need to join the Friends of Ramapo program to audit courses as an alum?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ramapo.edu\/foundation\/friends\/\">The Friends of Ramapo<\/a> is a program that is open to the whole community to join, including alumni.
